Want fabric baubles but can’t sew?
Enter Kinusaiga….
Kinusaiga is a Traditional Japanese art form where you tuck fabric scraps into cut grooves in a foam board (or in our case - a foam bauble).
Whilst foam baubles aren’t traditionally used in Kinusaiga - I think it’s a great way to get a quilted effect Christmas decoration without having to use a sewing machine or do any hand stitching.
I’m running three workshops. They will all be the same.
I’ll teach you how to cut into your foam bauble and how to fold in the fabric successfully to create your stunning bauble.
CAUTION: we will be using a sharp knife so please ensure you are comfortable with this.
Location: Sam Dale & Son, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.
Date: Tuesday 3rd November, 1st December and 22nd December 2026.
Times: 18:30 - 20:30
Price: £15 per person per workshop (to create at least 2 baubles)
Adults only.
