Learn how to knit.
THE OVERVIEW
My ultimate aim to get us all into crafting, making, knitting and sewing.
Understanding how a garment is made and the time and resources that takes will, in my mind, be the biggest shift in moving away from the fast fashion cycle weโre currently in. Less fast fashion = less landfill = happy Earth.
I therefore offer a range of courses, workshops and drop-in sessions for a variety of skill sets. I teach complete beginners who have never held knitting needles before to old hands who want help to work out a new technique.
I have my current classes listed, however, Iโm always open to what youโd like to learn. Knitting is very slow, however, if there is interest Iโd be open to knitting a larger project together, like a jumper or cardigan in a group setting.
If youโd like to use my services for a specific project (friendโs getaway or workplace fun day etc.) then Iโd be happy to discuss this with you. I can also provide ideas depending on the skill levels of the group.
If you prefer to not be a group setting then Iโd also happily discuss 1:1 (or 2:1) tuition.

Nighttime Knitters are starting the Christmas knitting in October this year!
Join me in knitting these absolutely adorable Christmas tree decorations. Can also be used as bottle toppers or knit a few for the cutest garland!
There are two projects to choose from or come to multiple sessions to try both and/or different variations (endless possibilities!)
The mini stockings takes around an hour to knit (if you can knit already) - skills required - cast-on, knit, purl, decreases.
The mini jumper takes around 1.5 hours to knit (if you can knit already) - skills required - cast-on, knit, purl, cast-off.
You are more than welcome to join if you have never knitted before - I can teach you :) the mini stocking is a fantastic first project.
Both these patterns are fairly easy to customise to give a different look to each item you make. Iโm so excited to see what we all create!
Location: Sam Dale & Son, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

What to bring if youโre bringing your own: youโll need DK weight yarn and 4mm knitting needles (straight or circular - knitted flat). If you have a darning needle that will also come in very handy.
This is a great scrap buster as it doesnโt use much yarn at all :)
Treat someone you love to the gift of sewing/knitting or macrame.
Use against current classes or workshops.
If redeeming against 121 lessons the following may help:
Sold in £20 units (£20 = 1 hour of learning - £40 = 2 hours of learning etc).
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Once purchased - text can be changed on images if desired.
All my classes and workshops are located in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.
They are run at Sam Dale & Son in a dedicated craft space.
I highly recommend learning how to knit on your own needles so you can take your project home. Supplies are available to purchase from Sam Dale.
